    We have open customer service 24/7 Monday-Saturday. On Sundays, we do not respond to emails, but the online shop is open as usual and free to order from us. ...

  • Where is your main office?

    Västra Götaland, Sweden.

    Our lab is located in Hong Kong, Thailand, where we make, among other things, our makeup. The lab belongs to relatives.

  • Is there a discount for family members?

    No. There may be a discount code in your order. If it is your first time shopping with us, we offer free shipping and sometimes 10% off.

  • Which postal company sends the products?

    PostNord.

  • Which products do you make yourself?

    I sew the clothes and the wristbands myself. I design the appearance of the palettes and receive color samples and test products from our lab in HongKong, Thailand, if I cannot be on-site in the lab.

  • I can’t find my original receipt. What should I do?


  • What is your return policy?

    Refunds occur if the product arrives damaged. Besides that, you can exchange sizes for clothes at no extra cost. However, in case of regret, no refund is given.

  • What happens if I can't pay my invoice?

    If you have not paid your invoice within 30 days, and the third and final reminder has been sent to you, your invoice will be forwarded to debt collection, which will then take it to the enforcement authority. 


    If something comes up that prevents you from paying your entire invoice, or if you need a few extra days - please we ask you to contact us at Benjiishop@outlook.com. We are happy to help as best we can; do not let it go to debt collection, you can try to resolve the issue with us first before it goes that far.
