  • Where is your main office?

    In  Sweden.

  • Is there a discount for friends and family members?

    No. We give out discounts on our social media and in orders sometimes.

  • Do you agree to cooperations?

    Yes, sometimes, but we primarily accept those who support us. 

  • Can anyone create their own product with you?

    No. Not anymore.

  • Do you have agreements with collaboration partners, etc?

    Yes, we have documented agreements that apply to individuals.

  • If you forget to enter the discount code, you may have to register it afterwards?

    No! It is your responsibility if you want a discount on your item(s). Codes are typed before pressing check out.

  • Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

    Yes. We do not test on animals. Our products are completely vegan. We also use boxes that are already ready, so we do not massproduce. The hair on our lashes is picked during the seasons the animals shed. There is no contact with the animals.


Payment and shipping


  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    Klarna pay now and later. Credit card: Credit and Debit. PayPal. 

    We can offer you invoice, contact us if so. 

  • Can I get a full refund?

    Yes, 3 days after order received. Approves only within Sweden. And only make refunds on self-defense products and clothing.

    If a product (even makeup) is broken in package you have 24 hours to contact us from the time then you have the package. 

  • What happens if I don't pick up/receive my package?

    If you do not pick up your package or if the home delivery cannot take place without us being notified, you will be charged SEK250.

  • What delivery methods do you offer?

    We deliver with Postnord and we offer pickups.


    Standard

    The delivery time is 1-7 working days in Sweden, from the time you place your order and you receive your order directly in the mailbox or to your post office, depending on the size of the package. Shipping is now 79SEK.


    Pickups

    The order can be picked up the same day if you want between 9-17 Monday-Friday, however, we have lunch 13-14.  

    We will send you an address via the specified email address upon completion of the purchase.

  • What happens if I can't pay my invoice?

    We will wait and try to contact you for a few days, then we send out a reminder of SEK120, if that invoice is not paid, it will go directly to debt collection.
